Order processing time:
Dispatch is normally within 3-7 business days,
Packages are usually collected by Australia post each Wednesday. Please call or email the shop to double check stock and to check if we can have the item posted straight away.
Some times an item may become out of stock, we will endeavour to supply the product as quickly as possible. If there is an extended delay we will advise and supply a estimated time of dispatch.

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. We rely upon third party transport suppliers that we have no control over and can only operate within their policies and service benchmarks.

Order Tracking Details:
Once orders are processed Australia Post Tracking is loaded to the system, if you are unable to access this information please contact us for the tracking number.
Local Shipping:
If you require local courier services to the Cairns area please contact the shop directly, as shipping costs differ and orders can not be processed online. Couriers leave our area very early in the morning and we are not able to guarantee same day delivery.
Online Pricing:
Online pricing is not often offered or matched instore. Please call the shop prior to confirm if the item is in stock and to confirm the price in store as prices do differ in most cases. The cost to stock items instore are reflected in differing pricing levels offered, we encourage customer make use of the online store when making purchases.
Christmas Closure:
Every year we are closed for 2 weeks over the Christmas and new years period. Orders will be dispatched upon reopening. Please do not place urgent orders during this period as response and dispatch times are impacted.
